Environmental, Social, and Governance

Purpose & Introduction

Entheogyn is committed to integrating meaningful environmental sustainability, social impact, and good governance (ESG) objectives into every aspect of our business. As a vertically integrated natural medicine business, we aim to combine cutting-edge cultivation and extraction methods to offer top-tier services for individuals seeking to address mental health conditions, trauma, addiction, or to expand their consciousness. We are dedicated to honoring the cultures from which these practices were derived by engaging in benefit-sharing and reciprocity with both local and international indigenous communities.

As a Public Benefit Company, our operations prioritize sustainability, inclusivity, and community health while aligning with the Natural Medicine Health Act (NMHA) standards for regulatory compliance. While currently pre-revenue, we are establishing a strong foundation for ESG compliance and future sustainability. Our one-year plan centers on infrastructure development and strategic planning, while our three-year plan expands upon these efforts to establish scalable, impactful ESG initiatives.

We are dedicated to fostering an organization that not only complies with all NMHA rules and regulations, adheres to best practices and industry standards, but also serves as a model for sustainability, equity, and ethical governance. As we expand, we will continually develop and strengthen our ESG commitments, ensuring a lasting, positive impact on the environment, our communities, and this industry.
