Brittany GarzaLPC
Natural Medicine Clinicl Facilitator
Hi, I'm Brittany, but I prefer B! I am a neurodivergent, queer, Latinx femme who enjoys the weird, strange, and unusual. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2019. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Health, and Wellness from Texas Tech University in 2015. I completed the Integrative Psychiatry Institute’s year-long Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Training program in conjunction with Journey Clinical’s Ketamine Assisted Therapy certification in October of 2025. Additionally, I have advanced ethics training in Natural Medicine along with Ethical Touch in Psychedelics. My ideal clients are individuals who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC. I utilize a social justice, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive framework with my clients. In talk-therapy sessions, you will find that I bring a mixture of warmth, wit, sarcasm, and dark humor. You can expect me to be challenging, inquisitive, curious, and affirming. In natural medicine facilitation, I am gentle, reassuring, tranquil, and serene. I draw inspiration from nature, art, my ancestors, and the hope of an anti-oppressive future for individuals with multiple intersectional identities. When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy spending time in nature, tending to my plants, making art, and spending quality time with my spouse and two pets.

Sam ForbesLPC
Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator
I believe we each hold an innate capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with our authentic selves. Life's experiences can sometimes pull us away from our inner knowing. I believe psychedelics, particularly psilocybin, can help us reconnect with this inner knowing through a relationship with the mushroom as a wise ally. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside others as they explore their inner worlds. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, attentive presence, and collaboration. I strive to create a supportive space where each person's experience can unfold in its own way, allowing the wisdom of the experience to take the lead. My background is in mental health therapy, with a focus on processing trauma and deepening emotional attunement through a stronger connection with the body and mind. I draw on IFS, EMDR, and ACT in my therapy practice. As a psychedelic facilitator, I prioritize creating a sense of safety and trust while offering a grounded presence without imposing my own interpretations on the journey. I am passionate about supporting people navigating trauma, grief, changing patterns, and spiritual exploration. I am also interested in helping people find meaning and purpose while developing healthier relationships with the modern world. Outside of my work, I enjoy nature, live music, movies, dancing, and staying active.
