Brittany Garza, LPC
Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator
Hi, I'm Brittany, but I prefer B! I am a neurodivergent, queer, Latinx femme who enjoys the weird, strange, and unusual. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2019. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Health, and Wellness from Texas Tech University in 2015. I completed the Integrative Psychiatry Institute’s year-long Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Training program in conjunction with Journey Clinical’s Ketamine Assisted Therapy certification in October of 2025. Additionally, I have advanced ethics training in Natural Medicine along with Ethical Touch in Psychedelics. My ideal clients are individuals who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC. I utilize a social justice, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive framework with my clients. In talk-therapy sessions, you will find that I bring a mixture of warmth, wit, sarcasm, and dark humor. You can expect me to be challenging, inquisitive, curious, and affirming. In natural medicine facilitation, I am gentle, reassuring, tranquil, and serene. I draw inspiration from nature, art, my ancestors, and the hope of an anti-oppressive future for individuals with multiple intersectional identities. When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy spending time in nature, tending to my plants, making art, and spending quality time with my spouse and two pets.

Indigenous Healer & Ceremony Holder
Abuela Toj
Abuela Toj is an indigenous elder and lifelong steward of the mushroom, carrying a sacred relationship with the medicine that has been passed down through generations in her community. She walks in the lineage of Abuelo Tlakaelel, guardian of the Mexica-Tolteca lineage, a living thread of ancestral wisdom that has shaped her path as a healer, ceremonialist, and keeper of the earth's teachings. For decades she has held healing ceremony with reverence and humility, not as a method, but as a living prayer, tending the mushroom as a spiritual teacher and ally of her people. Her work is not a practice adopted from outside tradition. It is the tradition itself. Abuela Toj has spent her life in service to her community, holding space for those in need of healing through ceremony, song, and the sacred gifts of the earth she has always called home. Through Entheogyn's Mexico Immersive, Abuela Toj opens her circle to facilitators and seekers willing to enter with respect, intention, and a commitment to right relationship. What she offers cannot be found in training programs or textbooks, it is the living wisdom of an unbroken lineage, shared with those the mushroom chooses to teach.
Advisor & Medicine Keeper
Fanny Barragan Lozano
Since 2009, Fanny has been deeply immersed in plant medicine and ancestral healing. Colombian by heritage, she has spent over fifteen years working with Yagé, Colombian ayahuasca, the sacred plant medicine of the Amazon that forms the foundation of her healing practice. Trained within the living indigenous tradition of the Yagé ceremony, Fanny brings thousands of years of ancestral wisdom into every space she holds.
Her path began in Colombia, where she apprenticed under traditional healers and immersed herself in the songs, protocols, and spiritual discipline that Yagé ceremony requires. Over the years, she has worked with individuals facing deep emotional wounds, trauma, grief, and disconnection, holding them with compassion, steadiness, and the gentle authority of someone who has walked the medicine path herself.
Fanny brings deep wisdom and gentle clarity to her role as a supporter, guiding each guest with presence, compassion, and integrity. Rooted in tradition and spiritual discipline, she offers a steady, grounding presence throughout the healing process. As a teacher, Fanny shares tools for transformation, helping others reconnect with themselves, the Earth, and the sacred. Her guidance is both grounded and intuitive, a gentle hand along the path of healing.
Advisor & Medicine Keeper
Taita César Lezama
Taita César Lezama was born in the rural village of Chaparral in southern Colombia, carrying the bloodlines of the Seberuco and Coreguaje tribes through his parents. Called by his ancestry toward the path of the shaman, he entered the Putumayo jungle at age six to begin working with Yagé alongside his elders, Taita Juenal, Taita Humberto, and Taita Fernando. There he learned the native chants, channeled his own icaros, and received instruction in the ancestral teachings of the curanderos, the sacred role of plants in preventing and curing illness. His training deepened steadily through years of ceremony and discipline. By age twelve, he had been entrusted with the preparation and brewing of the Yagé medicine itself. In 2006, he was ceremoniously initiated by the elder Taitas and granted permission to serve independently, a path that carried him to more than ten countries, where for sixteen years he has shared the wisdom and medicine of the jungle with over 10,000 people. Taita César is also deeply rooted in community and craft, building malokas, the communal ceremonial structures of the jungle, and collaborating with the National University and National Museum of Colombia to support indigenous art and artisans throughout the country. His partnership with Entheogyn reflects a commitment to right relationship between ancient lineage and emerging Western healing frameworks.
Advisor & Medicine Keeper
Omar M'Rabet Gomez
Omar, a world-renowned shaman, healer, and quantum coach, founded The Quantum Soul, inspired by his own transformative healing journey.
Omar's apprenticeships under the Matsés Tribe, Shipibos, and Taita. The Mayans ignited his passion for helping others find healing and fulfillment. His eight years of diligent study and seven master plant diets while living deep in the Amazonian jungle allowed him to learn the true meaning of earth medicine and spiritual healing.
Omar's journey of helping others began when he opened a world-renowned healing center deep in the jungle. This sanctuary quickly became a haven for people seeking change and release from the past.
As Omar witnessed the power of transformation in the lives of those he guided, he realized his need to expand his mission globally. To date, Omar has helped thousands of people in ceremony, becoming a trusted space for prominent business magnates and high-profile celebrities.
