Personalization
Psychedelic therapy is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. At Entheogyn, we are building the world's most sophisticated understanding of what makes a psilocybin experience safe, effective, and lasting for you, specifically.
What We Measure
A dose that induces a profound mystical experience in one individual might cause overwhelming anxiety in another. Understanding why requires tracking three distinct dimensions, with rigor, care, and your full consent.
Substance
Chemical PrecisionBecause we grow our own psilocybin mushrooms at Entheogyn, we have something most healing centers do not: complete knowledge of what is in the medicine. Every batch undergoes detailed chemical profiling, mapping the full alkaloid composition, psilocybin-to-psilocin ratios, and potency indicators that vary naturally between strains, grow cycles, and harvests.
This allows us to provide precise, consistent dosing rather than relying on weight-based approximations. And it means our data can actually surface meaningful patterns, because we know exactly what each participant received.
Subject
Who You AreDuring preparation, and with your full informed consent, we collect de-identified demographic data alongside a comprehensive baseline: medical history, medication and allergy history, surgical history, psychiatric history, family history, and prior experience working with psychedelics. We also administer validated psychological instruments, the PHQ-9, PCL-5, and GAD-7, to establish a meaningful starting point for your care.
Throughout your time with us, we collect information about your session itself: the strain, dose, and delivery method; the number of preparation and integration sessions; the duration of your journey; and your own feedback about the experience and its impact on your life. This is not a screening process. It is the beginning of genuine understanding.
The more we understand about who you are before the medicine, the better we can hold space for what emerges during it, and the more your session contributes to a growing picture of which approaches work for which people.
Setting
The ContainerThe physical and relational environment of a journey shapes what is possible within it. We systematically track the elements of setting, the music used, the facilitator's approach, the room conditions, the group configuration, so we can understand how these variables interact with substance and subject to produce specific outcomes.
Facilitator session notes, curated soundscape data, and environmental factors are all collected and stored as part of each session record. The container matters. So we measure it.

The Knowledge Graph
Nature's Original ModelBy securely connecting these three pillars, our platform learns which specific extract profiles are most effective for which intentions and psychological profiles. This allows our facilitators to move beyond generic dosing protocols and provide highly personalized, data-informed support.
Our data may reveal, for example, that individuals with high baseline anxiety respond better to a specific alkaloid concentration when paired with a particular integration framework, insights that accumulate and refine with every session. Every session enriches the model. The model improves every session.
"The mycelium does not hold knowledge in any single node. It distributes it across the whole network, and the network becomes wiser with every connection made."
Our data architecture is inspired by the same principle.
This is not surveillance. It is stewardship. The kind of longitudinal, rigorously de-identified dataset we are building has never existed in psychedelic medicine, because no one has had both the clinical access and the ethical framework to build it responsibly. We do.
Your Data
What We Collect and What We Don'tIf you choose to opt in, we securely store de-identified data across each phase of your healing journey, preparation, administration, and integration. This includes your stated intentions, session notes, dose details, and outcome reflections. Nothing is collected without your explicit consent.
What We Collect
- Intake questionnaire responses and health baselines
- Session parameters, dose, duration, facilitator, setting
- Facilitator observations and in-session notes
- Post-session integration reflections and outcomes
- Biometric markers when consented (e.g., heart rate, sleep)
What We Never Collect
- Your legal name linked to session data
- Financial or insurance information tied to records
- Third-party tracking or advertising identifiers
- Any data sold or shared with outside parties
- Anything beyond what directly improves your care
De-Identification by Design
All data is de-identified before it enters our knowledge system. We use cryptographic separation to permanently sever your personal identity from your session data. What remains is a rich, anonymized record that teaches us, not one that identifies you. This is not a policy choice. It is a technical architecture.
Your Rights
Opting InParticipation in our data program is entirely voluntary. Your session data is not collected or stored in our knowledge system unless you explicitly choose to participate. Opting in is a conscious, informed decision, and it has no bearing whatsoever on the quality of your care.
If you would like to contribute your de-identified session data to our research program, you can opt in at any time, before, during, or after your sessions. You may also withdraw your consent and request deletion of previously contributed data at any time, with no questions asked.
Where We're Going
The Future of Personalized HealingThe data we collect today is laying the groundwork for a new era in psychedelic medicine. Our long-term goal is to develop the world's first clinically validated personalization engine for psilocybin therapy, one that can meaningfully predict which protocols, dosages, settings, and integration approaches are most likely to produce lasting therapeutic benefit for a given individual.
We envision a future where a facilitator can walk into a session with nuanced, data-informed insight into what this specific person, with their specific history, nervous system, and intention, is most likely to need. Not generic. Not guesswork. Truly personalized.
Every person who chooses to participate is contributing to something larger than their own healing. They are helping us build a body of knowledge that will make psilocybin therapy safer, more effective, and more accessible for generations to come.
